GreenSmart is a voluntary practical approach to building and design that focuses on educating builders, designers, product manufacturers and consumers about the benefits of environmentally responsible housing.  As buildings and landscapes should work in harmony and similar design principles apply to each, Provincial feels it is important to take a GreenSmart approach in all our projects.
