grass trigger plant

Tufted perennial with grass-like foliage and clusters of pale pink to magenta flowers in spring and summer. Trigger plant are so named due to a trigger mechanism in the flower that reacts when an insect lands to deposit pollen onto the insect.

cultural notesPrefers moist, well drained soils in full sun or part shade.
