Yes. By ordering your plants in advance you’ll be sure to get what you need when you need them. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

After discussing your upcoming project requirements and receiving our quotation, you can post, fax or email your plant list including details such as pot size, delivery address, and date required or complete these details on our species list and forward to us. Please contact us to discuss.

We like to be able to supply your total plant needs, so if some of the plants you require aren’t on our current list, please contact us and we’ll be able to source plants for you at wholesale prices.

Absolutely! Our designers can provide you with advice on locating your pots and what would look best in them. We can provide the potting mix, the decorative pebbles and the plants and put them where you’d like. Please contact us for a quotation.

Yes! Just select the size or style that appeals to you and we’ll advise on the sealing and pump requirements to create the water feature you desire.

You can download our DIY instructions on how to create a pond or pick up a copy and all the products you’ll need in store.

Yes! Our products are well suited to many designers’ objectives and we can provide an impressive range of original products on any scale.

purchasing and payment

Interstate clients can place an order by telephone, email or fax.

Local clients can place the order in person, by telephone, email or fax.

Provincial accepts cash or cheque, direct deposit, Visa and Mastercard.

Payment is required before goods are dispatched, unless you hold a credit account.


  • a 25% deposit is required when you place an order
  • payment in full is required 3 days before dispatch or collection

  • a 25% deposit is required on orders over $5000
  • payment in full is required upon completion of works or goods dispatch
  • a 30 day account is available to approved applicants

Yes.  We have 30-day accounts for approved customers.  Please download our credit application (58K PDF) and return it to us for assessment. For companies, please also complete our personal guarantee form (58K PDF).

Sure do.  Simply decide on the amount you’d like then get in touch.  You can purchase gift vouchers in store or by phone, email or fax if you live interstate.

Provincial gift vouchers are available in store at Provincial.  They are issued in any denomination and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


If you live too far away from one of our stores or if time is of the essence, why not consider an eVoucher?  Simply choose the amount you wish to spend then contact us by phone, fax or email with the details and we’ll send the voucher to your friends or family via email or post.

No. We do prefer to sell full trays to reduce handling and so keep costs low. Smaller amounts attract higher prices and the larger your order, the greater your saving.

Absolutely! The amount will depend on the size of purchase. Please enquire in store or online.

Absolutely! Trade % discounts vary from 5 – 20% on particular products and services. We’ll also discuss discounts on quantity or regular orders. Please enquire in store or online.

Yes - Provincial uses reputable local freight and courier companies to deliver large or heavy items to anywhere in Australia.

We can quickly load up your trailer or ute with plants or pots, or can deliver to your home or business.

Freight can be promptly arranged at the best possible price for interstate orders. We have preferred suppliers of freight services who are familiar with the transportation of plants, pots, and pavers and take care in their transport.

metro (Canberra city) deliveries:  depending on the size of your purchase and location, delivery will incur a minimal charge.  Please enquire at the time of purchase. 

interstate:  freight charges are determined by destination, distance and the cubic weight of each order.  Please enquire at the time of purchase.

paving product freight

We aim for "full load" haulage (that’s a full 12, 24 or 36 pallet load), so tend to order  several customers’ products at once.  Our prices include freight from Adelaide on a full load.  Individual pallets are possible but attract higher freight costs.

Non-standard quantities (quantities other than full pallets of 10m2) will carry an extra "packing and freight charge" due to the pavers being especially packed.  If the order is 53m2 then the 3m2 incurs extra cost and still takes up the room of an ordinary pallet amount on the truck.

Remember when measuring up your area to allow around 5% extra (industry standard) for breakage and cutting waste.  Also remember that the quantity of pavers you require will be effected by the paving pattern that you choose.

Local delivery charge will be quoted based on quantity ordered and location of delivery.

Generally, we can deliver available goods within 3 - 5 working days locally (Canberra city and Eden to Bateman’s Bay) and 4 - 7 working days interstate.

It’s approximately 8 weeks from when we order to delivery at Provincial.

A forward order in our next container paid in full receives a 15% discount.

It’s approximately 2 weeks from when we order to delivery at your home based on products being available and full load cartage. We’ll confirm when you place your order.


In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in transit and you notify us within 24 hours, we’ll send you a ‘no charge’ replacement, freight free.

You’ll need to provide evidence of any damage (eg. a photograph) and your original receipt.

Maison product orders should always allow for industry standard 5% breakage. Please contact Provincial before returning goods.

Provincial will gladly offer a store credit or exchange to the same value for any product deemed faulty or in the unlikely event of a product shortfall.  No credits or refunds will be issued upon ‘change of mind’.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or will not be recognised.

Please note that the original tax invoice must be returned with the order and the goods must be returned in their original condition.

Provincial cannot refund the cost of freight on delivery or return of products, nor products that have been relocated from the place of delivery.
