Cultural notes: Needs to be submerged in water, at least the depth of the pot, can survive in deeper water.
Maintenance: Can be pruned annually to remove old foliage.
Tolerates: Inundations and light frosts although it will die back.
Foliage colour: Light green or a rusty brown
Plant spacing: 30cm apart
Recommended uses: Water features and wetland plantings.
Description: A plant that needs moisture to survive does best when underwater, with foliage floating on top.
