Our VALUES
Values are what motivate people, company values attract like-minded employees, and in doing so drives Provincial itself in a reciprocal loop. Creating value statements allows us to tap into our human potential and creates an environment where we’re understood, acknowledged and happy. Values define us and we all have different values based on experience. They are the unspoken truths for us and our business. A job description can define what you do, but the values are the qualities you bring, the impression you give to others and the culture we create.
Our business functions best when everyone buys in to the shared culture. We want a culture designed by all of us so we all ‘own’ it and create a place and a feeling of place that is true for all. It doesn’t matter how much money you’re making if you’re unhappy or don’t believe in what you’re doing. Life’s too short.
Our values include
Respect + Acceptance | Being Proactive | Pride in Superior Outcomes |
Courtesy | Priorities + Planning | Fantastic Communication |
Integrity + Honesty | Growth + Continual Improvement | Teamwork |
100% responsibility | Success – Personal + Professional | Making a difference + Giving back Fun! |

Making changes in our own back yard
We make a real difference in our own backyard. We reduce waste, re-use pots and other non-recyclables, and recycle everything else. We use solar and other green energy sources, harvest rainwater, and more. We walk the talk and put our money where our mouth is.
